قال عشرات الصحافيين المغاربة إن الطريقة التي اعتُقل بها الصحافي سليمان الريسوني، المتابَع على خلفية “هتك عرض بالعنف” و”الاحتجاز” حسب تكييف التهم من لدن النيابة العامة، تمّ بـ”طريقة تعسفية تشوبها خروقات واضحة”.
واعتبر نحو أربعين صحافيا، وقعوا بيانا مفتوحا لمزيد من التوقيعات، أن قيام الشرطة القضائية ببحث تمهيدي حول أفعال منسوبة إلى أي مواطن “لا يخوّل لها، بأي شكل من الأشكال في غياب الطابع التلبسي، إلقاء القبض عليه بدعوى الامتثال للتحقيق”.
وشدد الموقعون على البيان على أن الصحافي سلميان الريسوني يتوفر على جميع الضمانات للامتثال للمساطر والإجراءات القضائية الجاري بها العمل في مثل هذه القضايا، علاوة على أن الاعتقال الاحتياطي في الأصل يُعتبر تدبيرا استثنائيا.
ونبهوا إلى أن الأفعال المنسوبة إلى الريسوني، بناء الى تدوينة مواطن حول وقائع يفترض أنها حصلت قبل سنتين، “ما زالت تعوزها القرائن والدلائل”، داعين إلى إجراء “تحقيق عميق مفصل ودقيق ومتأنّ يتسم بالنزاهة والاستقلالية، بعيدا عن التأثيرات الخارجية والضغوط المختلفة والحسابات المسبقة والانطباعات الشخصية”.
الموقعون على البيان التضامني مع رئيس تحرير “أخبار اليوم” استنكروا أيضا التصريحات المشهّرة بالمصرّح وميولاته الجنسية واختياراته الشخصية، وفي المقابل أكدوا أن المشتكى به “كان وما زال، منذ تفجر هذه القضية وخروجها إلى الرأي العام، الطرف الأضعف في هذه القضية غير المتكافئة”.
واعتبروا أن “الريسوني من انتهكت حقوقه واستبيحت حياته الشخصية بالوصم والتشهير بشكل ممنهج ومنسق قبيل وبعد توقيفه، سواء من طرف منصات إعلامية معروفة بأنها خاضعة لحماية السلطة بل وتوجيهاتها، أو أفراد محسوبين على الوسط الحقوقي، سواء في الفضاء العام أو الخاص”.
وحرص الصحافيون الموقعون على البيان على عدم الانتصار لطرف على حساب طرف آخر في “قضية الصحافي الريسوني”، إذ أكدوا أن مطالبهم منذ بداية التحقيق في هذه القضية “كانت وستظل منحصرة في عدم معاملة أي طرف من الأطراف معاملة تفضيلية وتمييزية، سواء على أساسي مهني أو اختيار جنسي”.
كما أكدوا رفضهم “إقحام واستغلال ملف “الأقليات الجندرية” من طرف الدولة أو من يدور في فلكها تحت غطاءات وقبعات متنوعة لتصفية الحسابات والتجييش والانتقام من الزميل سليمان الريسوني، بسبب ما يخطه من كتابات نقدية وآراء قوية مزعجة لجهات واسعة داخل أجهزة الدولة”.
وشددوا على أن الصحافيين “ليسوا أبدا فوق القانون، ولا يقول بذلك إلا أصحاب النوايا السيئة؛ لكنهم في المقابل يرفضون الانتقائية المفضوحة التي يجري بها التعامل مع ملفات يوجد الصحافيون طرفا فيها، قياسا بملفات من ذات النوع والطبيعة والاتهامات”.
وعبروا عن قناعتهم بـ”ألا أحد فوق المساءلة، وبمبدأ عدم الإفلات من العقاب، وأنه من حق جميع المواطنين اللجوء إلى القضاء طلبا للإنصاف والعدالة”؛ لكنهم طالبوا بـ”حماية حقوق الصحافي الريسوني كاملة، وبالإفراج الفوري عنه ومتابعته في حالة سراح ضمانا لقرينة البراءة، وللمساواة بين أطراف الدعوى، وتمكينه من تقديم وسائل وأدلة دفاعه وهو حر”.
