    المغرب الرهان على السياحة الداخلية

    يعد المغرب مقصدا لملايين السياح في كل سنة ممن يزورون البلد المغاربي ويجلبون نصيبا مهما من العملة الصعبة وينعشون الاقتصاد، لكن وباء كورونا ألحق خسارة كبيرة بالقطاع، على غرار ما تكبدته وجهات السياحة في العالم برمته.

    وتشير بيانات الاقتصاد في المغرب، إلى أن السياحة تساهم بما يقارب 10 في المئة من الناتج الداخلي للبلاد، وفي مارس الماضي، أغلقت المملكة حدودها مع الخارج، في إطار جهود كبح انتشار فيروس المستجد، وهو ما أحدث شللا كبيرا في القطاع.

    لكن إعلان المغرب، يوم الأحد، عن تخفيف قيود التنقل والسماح بفتح عدد من مؤسسات الترفيه، عزز آمال الانتعاش، حتى وإن ظلت الحدود مغلقة أمام السياح الذين وصل عددهم إلى 13 مليون سائح، خلال العام الماضي.

    ويستفيد المغرب من موقع جغرافي قريب وملائم جدا للسياح الأوروبيين الذين يشكلون أغلب الزوار، فضلا عن وجود شركات طيران منخفضة التكلفة بين المملكة وبلدان القارة العجوز، لكن الرهان في الوقت الحالي هو تشجيع السياحة الداخلية.

    وفي وقت سابق من يونيو الجاري، كشفت وزيرة السياحة في المغرب، نادية فتاح، أن عدد السياح في البلاد تراجع بنسبة 45 في المئة، خلال الأشهر الأربعة الأولى من العام الحالي.

    ويختلف وقع الضرر الاقتصادي من مدينة إلى أخرى، وتعدُ الوجهات الشهيرة مثل مراكش، وسط البلاد، من بين الأكثر تأثرا، أما المدن الساحلية في شمالي وغربي البلاد، فتراهنُ بشكل أكبر على فصل الصيف وقدوم المصطافين.

    في غضون ذلك، لن يقوم المغرب، في هذا العام، بتنظيم عملية “مرحبا” المعتادة في فصل الصيف لأجل استقبال أفراد الجالية المقيمين في الخارج.

    وقال وزير الخارجية المغربي، ناصر بوريطة، في كلمة بالبرلمان، إن عملية “مرحبا” لن تتم لأن المغرب لم يحضر لها، كما أن الدول الأوروبية تواصل إغلاق الحدود.

    وفي ظل تعذر قدوم السياح من الخارج، يراهن المغرب على حركة سياح الداخل، وكشف استطلاع للرأي صدر عن المكتب الوطني المغربي للسياحة أن 70 في المئة من المستجوبين يبدون رغبة للسفر داخل البلاد.

    وشمل استطلاع الرأي عينة من 2800 شخص تتراوح أعمارهم بين 18 و75 سنة، وقال المستجوبون إنهم يريدون السفر لأجل الترويح عن أنفسهم بعد فترة الحجر الصحي العصيبة.

    ودأب كثير من المغاربة على قصد سواحل إسبانيا لأجل قضاء عطلة الصيف، لكن هذا الخيار لن يكون مطروحا في العام الجاري، مما سيدفعهم على الأرجح إلى الاكتفاء بالسفر داخل بلادهم، لاسيما أن المغرب يزخر بوجهات وثقافات متنوعة، عند الانتقال من منطقة إلى أخرى.

    وفي سنة 2019، كشفت أرقام سياحية، أن عدد السياح المغاربة في إسبانيا تجاوز عدد السياح الإسبان لأول مرة، بعدما قارب 900 ألف زائر، مستفيدين من القرب الجغرافي، لأن المسافة بحرا بين البلدين لا تتجاوز 14 كيلومترا.
