    توقيف سبعة أشخاص يشتبه تورطهم في تكوين عصابة إجرامية لارتكاب جنايات ضد الأشخاص والاختطاف والمطالبة بفدية مالية.

    تمكنت عناصر فرقة الشرطة القضائية بمدينة كلميم، على ضوء معلومات دقيقة وفرتها مصالح المديرية العامة لمراقبة التراب الوطني، وبتنسيق مع مصالح الدرك الملكي، من توقيف سبعة أشخاص يشتبه في تورطهم في تكوين عصابة إجرامية لأغراض ارتكاب جنايات ضد الأشخاص، والاختطاف والاحتجاز والمطالبة بفدية مالية في إطار تصفية الحسابات بين شبكات الاتجار الدولي في المخدرات والمؤثرات العقلية.

    وذكر بلاغ للمديرية العامة للأمن الوطني، اليوم الخميس، أنه حسب المعلومات الأولية للبحث، فقد أقدم المشتبه فيهم على اختطاف واحتجاز ضحية وسائقه بمنطقة “بلفاع” ضواحي أكادير، بإيعاز من شخصين يقضيان عقوبة جنائية بإحدى المؤسسات السجنية، وذلك قبل أن يعمدوا إلى نقلهما واحتجازهما بضواحي مدينة كلميم ومطالبة عائلة أحدهما بفدية مالية بملايين السنتيمات في قضية تتعلق بتصفية الحسابات بين أشخاص يرتبطون بتجارة المخدرات.

    وأضاف البلاغ أن مصالح الأمن بمدينة كلميم تمكنت، في الحادي عشر من يوليوز الجاري، من حجز مبلغ 1.158.200 درهما الذي شكل جزءا من الفدية المالية التي كانت موجهة للخاطفين، كما تم توقيف الشخصين اللذين تكلفا بتسلم تلك المبالغ من عائلة الضحية بمدينة فاس على أساس تسليمها للمشتبه فيهم الرئيسيين، وهي العملية التي أطلقت فيها عناصر المجموعة الجهوية للتدخل ثلاثة أعيرة مطاطية في محاولة لضبط المعنيين بالأمر.

    ومتابعة للبحث، أوقفت عناصر الشرطة القضائية أربعة أشخاص آخرين بمدينة العيون لتورطهم في عملية الاختطاف والاحتجاز وعدم التبليغ عن هذه الأفعال الجنائية، كما مكنت العمليات الأمنية المنجزة في إطار نفس القضية بمدينة الدار البيضاء من حجز مبالغ مالية إضافية قدرها 698.100 درهم، وذلك للاشتباه في كونها جزء من الفدية المالية المطلوبة.

    وسجل المصدر ذاته أنه تمت إحالة المشتبه فيهم الستة الموقوفين على أنظار النيابة العامة بمحكمة الاستئناف بأكادير بعد انصرام آجال الحراسة النظرية وانتهاء إجراءات البحث التمهيدي، بينما تم الاستماع إلى المحرضين الرئيسيين داخل المؤسسة السجنية التي يقضيان بها عقوبة جنائية، في حين مكنت الأبحاث والتحريات المتواصلة من ضبط ضحية هذه الأفعال الإجرامية بمدينة فكيك، وذلك بعدما أفرج عنه خاطفوه، والذي تم إخضاعه هو الآخر لتدبير الحراسة النظرية بعد الاشتباه في ارتباط هذه العملية بأنشطته في مجال الاتجار الدولي في المخدرات.

    وتواصل عناصر الشرطة القضائية أبحاثها وتحرياتها في هذه القضية بتنسيق مع مصالح المديرية العامة لمراقبة التراب الوطني، وذلك للكشف عن جميع المتورطين فيها، وكذا رصد امتداداتها وارتباطاتها المحتملة في عدة مدن مغربية.
