أكد يوسف البياض وهو شاب مغربي معروف بنجاحه في إحياء المهرجانات العالمية لخاصة بالموضة والفنون وخاصة القفطان المغربي بان النسخة الرابعة لمهرجان القفطان الدولي (Caftan Show international) الذي كان ينظم كل سنة ويعرف حضورا كبيرا يتجاوز 1500 شخصا من جميع انحاء العالم وارتباطا بالإجراءات الاحترازية والوقائية للحماية من العدوى كوفيد 19، فإن مهرجان هذه السنة سيكون افتراضيا وسينقل عبر شاشة مغرب|tv ويعرف مشاركة العديد من الفنانين.
وقد عمل الفنان يوسف البياض على الاشتغال على موضوع القفطان المغربي الذي اليوم باهتمام كبير لدى الأزياء العالمية والإسهام في التعريف بهذا التراث التقليدي المتشبع بأصالة الثقافة المغربية وذلك نتيجة الجهود الكبيرة التي تقوم بها الجالية المغربية المقيمة بالخارج قصد التعرف بالمنتوج الوطني المعبر عن الهوية والأصالة، حيث يعتبر أحد رموز الثقافة الشعبية المتشعبة بأصالتها المغربية، وكلباس له عراقته عبر مر العصور، استطاع أن يخرج من جذوره الجغرافية الى العالمية بفضل تنظيم عروض تروج للقفطان المغربي وتفنن كبار المصممين والمعلمين المغاربة في تقديم أجود التصاميم.
