من جانبها، شددت الرئيسة المشاركة لمرصد حقوق الإنسان بهيئة المحامين ببرشلونة، إريكا توريغروسا، على ضرورة تكثيف جهود الحكومات والمؤسسات والمجتمع المدني لضمان ولوج النساء المهاجرات إلى العدالة والانصاف، وحماية حقوقهن وتعزيز تمكينهن، مشددة على ضرورة التعامل مع المهاجرين على قدم المساواة.
واعتبرت أن هذه الندوة تشكل فرصة مهمة لمناقشة سبل إرساء مجتمع يدمج النساء المهاجرات على المستوى المهني والاجتماعي، ومناسبة للتداول حول دينامية الشراكة بين المغرب وإسبانيا في هذا الإطار، فضلا عن الخروج بتوصيات وحلول على المستوى القانوني والاجتماعي تكفل حفظ وتعزيز حقوق النساء المهاجرات بالبلدين.
وبدوره، أكد رئيس لجنة حقوق الإنسان بهيئة المحامين الكتلانيين (CICAC) ونقيب هيئة المحامين ببرشلونة، خيسوس سانشيث غارسيا، أن التعاون بين المغرب وإسبانيا في مجال الهجرة تطور خلال السنوات الأخيرة، لافتا إلى أن البلدين أقاما شراكة تهم مختلف قضايا الهجرة، نظرا للراوبط الجغرافية والثقافية والاجتماعية التي تربط تجمعهما.
ولاحظ أن سيرورة الهجرة باتت تتسم بحضور مهم للنساء حتى بات النقاش ضروريا حول “تأنيث تدفقات الهجرة”، مؤكدا أن النساء المهاجرات يسهمن في تنمية بلدانهن والبلدان المستضيفة.
