وصف بركة الوضع السياسي في المغرب بأنه يعيش “ركودا”، خصوصا أن الحكومة، حسب قوله، انطلقت “ببلوكاج”، وتعرف “البلوكاج” ذاته أمام كل محطة، مثل القوانين الانتخابية.
واعتبر بركة أن هناك ضبابية في المشهد السياسي، وخلافات داخل الأغلبية، إذ إن أحزابا من داخل الأغلبية تعارض الحكومة، وسط ارتجالية في التعاطي مع القضايا، التي تعرفها البلاد، حيث يشتغل الفريق الحكومي مثل “رجال المطافئ”، حسب قوله، وهو ما ظهر من خلال تدبير أزمة كورونا، و”بلاغات منتصف الليل”.
وعن عودة الأمين العام السابق لحزب الاستقلال، حميد شباط، إلى أرض الوطن، قال بركة إن هذه العودة لم تحمل معها أي توتر للحزب، إلا أنه تحدث عن “تصور، وخطاب جديدين، وخطة واضحة، مبنية على أن الحزب يرجع لصباغتو بدون سب وقذف.
