    محكمة العدل الدولية تصدر حكمها بشأن ارتكاب إسرائيل إبادة في غزة

    أمرت محكمة العدل الدولية، الجمعة، إسرائيل باتخاذ تدابير منع وقوع أعمال إبادة جماعية بحق الفلسطينيين، وتحسين الوضع الإنساني في قطاع غزة، لكن القرار لم يتضمن نص “وقف إطلاق النار”.

    جاء ذلك خلال جلسة عقدتها محكمة العدل الدولية بمدينة لاهاي الهولندية للبت بطلب جنوب إفريقيا اتخاذ تدابير احترازية في دعوى “الإبادة الجماعية” المرفوعة ضد إسرائيل.

    ونقلت وكالات أنباء أن رئيسة المحكمة، القاضية الأمريكية جوان دونوغو، قالت في كلمتها خلال الجلسة: “نؤكد ولايتنا القضائية للبت في دعوى جنوب إفريقيا ضد إسرائيل”، مضيفة أن “محكمة العدل الدولية رفضت طلب إسرائيل بسحب دعوى جنوب إفريقيا ضدها”.

    وأكدت دونوغو أن المحكمة تتمتع بصلاحية الحكم بإجراءات احترازية في قضية “الإبادة الجماعية” المرفوعة ضد إسرائيل.

    وتابعت: “يجب على إسرائيل أن تتخذ التدابير في حدود سلطتها لمنع ومعاقبة التحريض العلني على ارتكاب الإبادة الجماعية ضد الفلسطينيين”.

    وأعلنت: “يجب على إسرائيل أن تتخذ تدابير فورية وفعالة لتمكينها من توفير الخدمات الأساسية والمساعدات الإنسانية التي تشتد الحاجة إليها في غزة”.
