قامت السلطات الفرنسية بإعتقال الملياردير بافيل دوروف مؤسس ومالك تطبيق تليغرام ، فور نزوله من طائرته الخاصة في مطار لو بورجيه شمال العاصمة الفرنسية باريس حسب ما ذكرت وسائل إعلام فرنسية .
ويتهم دروف البالغ من العمر 39 عاماً بموجب مذكرة اعتقال، بارتكاب جرائم تتعلق بتطبيق المراسلة الشهير. وقال الإعلام الفرنسي إن التحقيق يركز على ضعف الرقابة ونقص المشرفين على تليغرام، وإن الشرطة ترى أن هذا الوضع يسمح للنشاط الإجرامي بالاستمرار دون رادع على تطبيق المراسلة.
