    تفكيك خلية إرهابية تابعة لما يسمى بتنظيم “الدولة الإسلامية”، وإحباط مخططاتها

    تمكن المكتب المركزي للأبحاث القضائية، التابع للمديرية العامة لمراقبة التراب الوطني، صباح يوم الخميس، من تفكيك خلية إرهابية تابعة لما يسمى بتنظيم “الدولة الإسلامية”، وإحباط مخططاتها التي كانت وشيكة وبالغة التعقيد، ولها ارتباطات في عدة مدن مغربية.

    وأفاد بلاغ للمكتب المركزي للأبحاث القضائية، أن هذه العمليات الأمنية تم تنفيذها بشكل متزامن بمدن طنجة وتيفلت وتمارة والصخيرات، في الساعات الأولى من صباح اليوم الخميس، وأسفرت عن توقيف خمسة متطرفين، تتراوح أعمارهم ما بين 29 و43 سنة.

    وأبدى أحد المشتبه فيهم  مقاومة عنيفة بمدينة تيفلت، محاولا تعريض عناصر التدخل السريع لاعتداء إرهابي، حيث أصاب أحدهم بجرح بليغ على مستوى الساعد باستعمال أداة حادة، قبل أن يتم توقيفه بعد إطلاق عيارات نارية وقنابل صوتية بشكل تحذيري.

    كما حاول المشتبه فيه الموقوف بمدينة تمارة تفجير نفسه باستعمال قنينة للغاز من الحجم الكبير، مبديا مقاومة عنيفة اضطرت معها عناصر التدخل السريع لإطلاق أربع عيارات نارية وقنابل صوتية وأخرى مصحوبة بدخان كثيف لحجب الرؤية عن المعني بالأمر، مما مكن من تحييد الخطر وإجهاض التهديدات الإرهابية الصادرة عنه.

    وأكدت الأبحاث والتحريات المنجزة، حسب بلاغ المكتب المركزي للابحاث القضائية، أن زعيم هذه الخلية الإرهابية، وهو من ذوي السوابق القضائية في الجرائم العنيفة ويصنف ضمن المشتبه فيهم الخطيرين، كان قد خطط بمعية باقي المساهمين للقيام بعمليات إرهابية تستهدف عدة منشآت وأهداف حساسة، وذلك باستخدام عبوات متفجرة وأحزمة ناسفة تروم زعزعة أمن واستقرار المملكة.

    كما أوضحت إجراءات البحث أن جميع المشتبه فيهم، الذين بلغوا مراحل متقدمة في التخطيط والتحضير لمشاريعهم الإرهابية، كانوا قد قاموا بمهام استطلاعية قصد رصد وتحديد الأهداف المزمع استهدافها ومهاجمتها بواسطة عمليات انتحارية باستعمال سترات مفخخة، إيذانا بإحداث خسائر جسيمة وإعطاء وقع كبير لهذه العمليات الإجرامية، وذلك خدمة للأجندة التخريبية لما يسمى بتنظيم “داعش”.

    وأسفرت عمليات التفتيش والمسح والتمشيط، التي أجريت في محلات وشقق كان يستغلها المشتبه فيهم كأماكن آمنة وكقاعدة خلفية للدعم اللوجستيكي، عن حجز ثلاثة أحزمة ناسفة، تحتوي على مجوفات لولبية لتحميل الأجسام المتفجرة، و15 قنينة تحتوي على مواد ومشتملات كيميائية مشبوهة، وصاعقين كهربائيين، ومعدات إلكترونية، ومساحيق كيميائية وأسلاك كهربائية.

    كما تم حجز ثلاثة أقنعة حاجبة للمعطيات التشخيصية ومنظاران، ومعدات إلكترونية وكهربائية للتلحيم، وكاميرا رقمية متطورة، وقنينتان للغاز المسيل للدموع ومجموعة كبيرة من الأسلحة البيضاء من أحجام مختلفة، وقنينات غاز من الحجم الصغير، وطنجرتان للضغط مملوءتان بالمسامير والأسلاك، وأخرى تحتوي على سائل كيميائي مشبوه، علاوة على عدة حقائب بلاستيكية تحتوي على لولبات حديدية ومواد مشبوهة، وخمس بطاريات للشحن و25 مصباحا كهربائيا.

    ومكنت عمليات التفتيش أيضا، وفق بلاغ المكتب المركزي للأبحاث القضائية، من حجز مجسم ورقي يرمز لشعار تنظيم “داعش”، وثلاثة سترات مفخخة في طور التحضير، وعدة أنابيب بلاستيكية تدخل في تحضير وإعداد الأحزمة المفخخة، فضلا على ثلاثة كيلوغرامات تقريبا من نترات الأمونيوم، والتي تم وضعها رفقة باقي المحجوزات الكميائية رهن إشارة الخبرة التقنية التي سيباشرها مختبر الشرطة العلمية والتقنية.

    وأضاف المكتب المركزي للأبحاث القضائية أنه تم الاحتفاظ بالمشتبه فيهم الموقوفين تحت تدبير الحراسة النظرية رهن إشارة البحث التمهيدي الذي يجري معهم تحت إشراف النيابة العامة المختصة، وذلك للكشف عن جميع الامتدادات والارتباطات المحتملة لهذه الشبكة الإرهابية، وضبط كافة المتورطين في مخططاتها التخريبية، فضلا عن تحييد كل المخاطر والتهديدات المرتبطة بها.

    وأشار إلى أن هذه العملية النوعية تأتي في سياق مطبوع بتنامي التهديدات الإرهابية المحدقة بالمملكة، خصوصا في ظل تنامي استفحال الأنشطة الإرهابية بمنطقة الساحل جنوب الصحراء وفي بعض المناطق من شمال إفريقيا.
