صادق مجلس الرقابة لشركة استغلال الموانئ-مرسى المغرب ، المنعقد أمس الخميس ، على ميزانية الشركة برسم السنة 2021، حيث من المتوقع أن يصل مبلغ الاستثمار الذي سيتم اعتماده 673 مليون درهم.
وخلال الاجتماع الذي ترأسه عبد القادر اعمارة وزير التجهيز والنقل واللوجستيك والماء، نوه مجلس الرقابة بالرسو الناجح والتجريبي الأول لباخرة تبلغ 15 ألف EVP (ما يعادل عشرين قدما) بمحطة الحاويات رقم 3 بميناء طنجة المتوسط 2، التي تستغلها شركة طنجة أليانس إحدى فروع مرسى المغرب، حيث ستشرع أنشطته التجارية في شهر يناير 2021، كما كان مرتقبا.
وفي إطار هذا المشروع ، يقول بلاغ لوزارة التجهيز والنقل واللوجستيك والماء ، وافق المجلس على إبرام مختلف الاتفاقيات، المنصوص عليها في وثائق تمويل القرض الطويل المدى، والذي سيتم إبرامه من طرف شركة طنجة أليانس، قصد تمويل جزء من الاستثمارات المنجزة.
ومن جهة أخرى، وفي إطار تحسين حكامة الشركة، عزز مجلس الرقابة من مكونات لجانه الخاصة.
كما تدارس المجلس مختلف النقاط الأخرى المدرجة في جدول أعماله، ووافق على عدد من الاتفاقيات المنظمة لشركة مرسى المغرب مع فروعها.
