ومباشرة بعد هاته الزيارة، عقدت السيدة غلالو اجتماعا ثانيا مع رؤساء الأقسام لاستكمال العروض حول حصيلة البرنامج خلال السنة الجارية، والوقوف على مجموعة من المشاكل التدبيرية التي تحد من فعالية الخدمات التي تقدمها الجماعة.
وقد أكدت السيدة العمدة خلال هذا الاجتماع على ضرورة تجويد الخدمات المقدمة للمواطنين، وأشارت أن الرقي بهاته الخدمات لن يتأتى دون العمل على تنمية الموارد المالية للجماعة، وعلى بذل مزيد من المجهودات، والتنسيق بين الأقسام من أجل التدبير الجيد لتحصيل هاته الموارد التي من شأنها تجويد المرافق والخدمات المقدمة للمواطنين.
