نفذت الشرطة الاسبانية حملة إعتقالات واسعة شملت ستة أشخاص ، من بينهم إمام في سرقسطة وإمام آخر في بطليوس، بزعم أنهم جزء من شبكة إجرامية أرسلت 300 ألف يورو على مدى عدة سنوات إلى ميليشيا جهادية تابعة لتنظيم القاعدة الارهابي في سوريا.
ووافقت المحكمة الوطنية الاسبانية اليوم الجمعة على منح الحرية المؤقتة للجميع مع اتخاذ تدابير احترازية تشمل حظر مغادرة إسبانيا.
ووفقا لمصادر الشرطة الاسبانية ، يجري التحقيق معهم لإرسال أموال تزيد قيمتها على 300 ألف يورو على مدى عدة سنوات، باستخدام حملة لجمع التبرعات للمساعدات الإنسانية للأطفال الأيتام السوريين، على الرغم من أن الوجهة النهائية ستكون تابعة لتنظيم القاعدة الارهابي .
وجميع المعتقلين هم أشخاص استقروا في إسبانيا منذ سنوات و يعتبرون من دوي المستوى الاقتصادي المتوسط والمرتفع ومعظمهم يديرون أعمالهم الخاصة تحت غطاء الجمعيات الدينية .
وتعتبر هذه هي المرحلة الثانية من “عملية برادر Operación Bruder” التي بدأت سنة 2019 وأدت في مارس 2021 إلى اعتقال ثلاثة أعضاء في الشبكة لارتكابهم جرائم تمويل الإرهاب. ويخضع المعتقلون الآن للتحقيق بتهمة النشاط الإجرامي منذ ثماني سنوات على الأقل.
وذكرت الشرطة: «كان من الممكن التحقق من أن المحتجزين الآن، وبعضهم شغل أيضا مناصب ذات صلة في الجمعيات الدينية في إسبانيا، لا ينتمون فقط إلى المؤامرة التي تم تفكيكها في عام 2019، بل لعبوا أيضا دورا مهما للغاية فيها».
وعلى وجه التحديد، اعتقلت الشرطة الاسبانية الإشخاص الستة في مقاطعات مدريد (3) وبطليوس (1) وسرقسطة (1) وفالنسيا (1) بسبب عضويتهم المزعومة في منظمة يزعم أنها أرسلت أموالا إلى الميليشيات الجهادية “جيش الإسلام”، المتعاونة مع تنظيم القاعدة في سوريا. ويواجه المقبوض عليهم تهما خطيرة بجريمة العضوية في منظمة إرهابية وتمويل الإرهاب و الاحتيال.
و في عام 2019 ، في المرحلة الأولى من العملية ، تم القبض على عشيرة سورية مقرها في إسبانيا ، متهمة بالحفاظ على روابط وثيقة مع تنظيم القاعدة في سوريا. ودار التحقيق حول استخدام جمعيات إسبانية مختلفة أرسلت أموالا إلى منظمة إنسانية مزعومة، تسمى “البشائر”، والتي تعمل بشكل رئيسي في منطقة من سوريا تسيطر عليها الميليشيات الجهادية.
ووفقا للشرطة، تأسست منظمة “البشائر” غير الحكومية تحت غطاء جمعية لمساعدة أيتام المجاهدين، وكانت مسؤولة عن إرسال جزء من الأموال التي تم جمعها في إسبانيا إلى الميليشيا الجهادية “جيش الإسلام” أدت إلى اعتقال ثلاثة أعضاء من الشبكة في مارس 2021 في مدريد (2) وتينيريفي (1).
وافقت المحكمة الوطنية يوم الجمعة على إطلاق سراحه مؤقتا مع اتخاذ تدابير احترازية. ووفقا لمصادر قانونية، فإن هذه التدابير الاحترازية تتمثل في المثول أمام المحكمة كل أسبوعين، ومنعهم من مغادرة التراب الوطني وسحب جوازات سفرهم.
