أعلن محمد بنشعبون وزير المالية والاقتصاد ، نهاية نظام المساعدة الطبية “راميد” ، و تعويضه بنظام التغطية الصحية الإجبارية (AMO) ، مؤكداً أن تعميم التغطية الصحية سيتم في سنتين لجميع المغاربة بنفس المستوى و المعايير.
و أكد بنشعبون أنه سيتم العمل على التنزيل السريع للورش المتعلق بالتغطية الإجتماعية الذي أعلن الملك في خطاب العرش الأخير ، عبر تعميم التأمين الإجباري على المرض و التعويضات العائلية و التقاعد لفائدة كل الأسر المغربية التي لا تتوفر حالياً على تغطية اجتماعية بشكل تدريجي على مدى خمس سنوات انطلاقاً من 2021.
و أضاف بنشعبون ، أمام لجنة المالية والتنمية الاقتصادية بمجلس النواب، اليوم الثلاثاء ، أن القرار سيتم عبر مرحلتين ، الأولى ستبدأ من 2021 إلى 2023 ، و سيتم خلالها تفعيل التغطية الصحية الإجبارية و التعويضات العائلية ، فيما المرحلة الثانية ستبدأ من 2024 إلى 2025 و سيتم خلالها تعميم التقاعد و التعويض عن فقدان الشغل.
المسؤول الحكومي ، أكد أنه سيتم اتخاد سلسلة من التدابير القبلية والمواكبة، بغية ضمان نجاح هذا الإصلاح العميق، وقد حصرها في إصلاح الإطار القانوني والتنظيمي، و إعادة تأهيل الوحدات الصحية وتنظيم مسار العلاجات، إصلاح الأنظمة والبرامج الاجتماعية الموجودة حاليا للرفع من تأثيرها المباشر على المستفيدين، خاصة عبر تفعيل السجل الاجتماعي الموحد، ثم إصلاح حكامة نظام الحماية الاجتماعية، وأخيرا الإصلاح الجبائي المتعلق بإقرار مساهمة مهنية موحدة.
