يونس لقطارني
صدر في العدد الأخير من الجريدة الرسمية للمملكة، المرسوم رقم 2.20.564 الصادر في 18 مارس 2020، القاضي بتعيين أعضاء مجلس الهيئة الوطنية لضبط الكهرباء.
ويتعلق الأمر بكل من إدريس شاطر، ومحمد محروق، ومحمد برنانو ، كما تم تعيين بموجب قرار لرئيس مجلس النواب الصادر في 25 دجنبر 2019، كل من مصطفى عجاب وأحمد المهدي مزواري والصغير باعلي.
وينضاف للأسماء السابقة، كل من أحمد تهامي ومجمد بدير وخالد هنيوي، والذين تم تعيينهم بموجب قرار لرئيس مجلس المستشارين الصادر في 19 دجنبر 2019.
مجلس الحكومة، كان قد صادق في نونبر من سنة 2019، برئاسة رئيس الحكومة سعد الدين العثماني على مشروع مرسوم رقم 873.2.19 بشأن التعويضات المخولة لفائدة أعضاء مجلس الهيئة الوطنية لضبط الكهرباء ولجنة فض النزاعات بنفس الهيئة.
و صدر بالجريدة الرسمية ، في وقت سابق مرسوم بشأن التعويضات المخولة لفائدة أعضاء مجلس الهيئة ولجنة فض النزاعات بنفس الهيئة.
المرسوم الذي أمضاه رئيس الحكومة سعد الدين العثماني ، يقضي بأن أعضاء مجلس الهيئة الوطنية لضبط الكهرباء، سيتقاضون تعويضا شهريا جزافيا خاما قدره 62 ألف و 618 درهما.
كما يتقاضى أعضاء لجنة فض النزاعات بالهيئة الوطنية لضبط الكهرباء تعويضا جزافيا خاما عن كل اجتماع من اجتماعات اللجنة التي يحضرونها وذلك في حدود أربع اجتماعات في الشهر مهما كان عدد الإجتماعات المنعقدة، و يحدد كالتالي : بالنسبة لرئيس اللجنة : 7142 درهم ، أما بالنسبة لباقي الأعضاء 5714 درهم.
كما يتقاضى أعضاء مجلس الهيئة الوطنية لضبط الكهرباء لأجل تنقلهم لأغراض المصلحة، تعويضات يومية تحدد مقاديرها كالتالي:
– بالنسبة للتنقل داخل المغرب : 700 درهم في اليوم.
– بالنسبة للمأموريات بالخارج : 2000 درهم في اليوم.
كما تتحمل الهيئة مصاريف التنقل والتعويضات الكيلومترية طبقا للنصوص التنظيمية الجاري بها العمل.
