حذرت الجمعية المغربية لحقوق الإنسان في الناظور مما أسمته “خطورة الوضعية، التي يعيشها المعتقلون السياسيون في السجن المحلي في الناظور، والسجن الفلاحي في زايو، خصوصا المعتقلين المضربين عن الطعام”.
وأوضحت الجمعية نفسها، في بيان لها، أن”المعتقل السياسي أشرف موديد، حاول الانتحار، يوم الاثنين 17 غشت 2020، عن طريق شرب كمية من ماء جافيل، وعلى الرغم من خطورة حالته، لم يتم نقله للمستشفى الحسني لتلقي العلاجات اللازمة، ليدخل في إضراب عن الطعام لمدة أربعة أيام، لم يتم رفعه إلا يوم أول أمس الأربعاء”.
وكشف المصدر نفسه أن “المعتقلين السياسيين بلال اهباض، ومحمود بوهنوش مازالا في إضراب عن الطعام، منذ يوم الأربعاء 19 غشت، دون أن تقوم الإدارة السجنية، أو النيابة العامة بمحاورتهم، والاستجابة لمطالبهم المشروعة ودون وضعهم تحت المراقبة الطبية في المستشفى الحسني بالناظور”.
ولفتت الجمعية المغربية لحقوق الإنسان، فرع الناظور، الانتباه إلى “تدهور الحالة الصحية لمعتقل حراك الريف، إسماعيل أشرقي، بالسجن الفلاحي في زايو، ما استدعى نقله بعد طول مماطلة من قبل إدارة هذا السجن إلى المستشفى الحسني بالناظور، وتقرر الاحتفاظ به إلى حد الآن تحت المراقبة الطبية من أجل القيام بالفحوصات الضرورية، وتلقي العلاجات اللازمة”.
وجددت الجمعية نفسها مطالبتها بإطلاق سراح كافة المعتقلين السياسيين، وتكثيف أشكال الدعم لهم، ولعائلاتهم، وفتح حوار جدي مع المعتقلين المضربين عن الطعام للاستجابة لمطالبهم المشروعة، وتمتيعهم بكافة حقوقهم”.
إلى ذلك، أكد مصدر من المندوبية العامة لإدارة السجون وإعادة الإدماج أن ما تداول، أخيرا، بخصوص دخول عدد من السجناء على خلفية حراك الريف في عدد من السجون في إضرابات عن الطعام، لا أساس له من الصحة.
وقال المصدر ذاته إن عدد المضربين عن الطعام من الفئة المذكورة من السجناء لا يتعدى اثنين، وهما ناصر الزفزافي، ونبيل أحمجيق، الموجودين في السجن المحلي راس الماء في فاس، بينما يتناول بقية السجناء وجباتهم الغذائية بشكل عاد، ولم يسبق لهم أن تقدموا إلى إدارات المؤسسات الموجودين فيها بأي إشعار بهذا الخصوص.
