اليوسفية- قرنوف محفوظ
يقع وادي كشكاط وسط المدينة بين حي السعادة ( فيلاج مسعودة سابقا ) و حي لغدير وهذا الواد معروف بخطورته اثناء تساقط الامطار المسببة للسيول الجارفة القادمة من شعاب وتخوم منطقة الݣنتور جماعة سيدي احمد
ففي فصل الشتاء او ايام سقوط امطار كثيفة وعواصف رعدية تعاني ساكنة حي السعادة وحي الداخلة من المرور الى احياء اخرى وذلك بسبب وجود مسلك عبور (القنطرة) صنعت من هياكل حديدية من النوع العادي على شكل حاملات للممر الخاص بالراجلين مركبة و مثبتة على الدعامات الإسمنتية بشكل غير محكم ، لحماية مستعملي هذه القنطرة و الحيلولة دون وقوع أي حوادث أثناء المرور عليه.
بالموازاة مع أشغال بناء هذه القنطرة ربما ان بحثنا في ارشيف المجلس البلدي خاصة في ملفات تصريف الميزانيات السابقة ومعرفة المبلغ الحقيقي الذي تم صرفه على هذه القنطرة العجيبة سنتفاجئ بمبلغ صاروخي ؟؟ والله حرام حسبنا الله ونعم الوكيل الله يأخد الحق في اي مسؤول او منتخب سابق في مجلس جماعة اليوسفية لم يفكر في خدمة المنفعة والمصلحة العامة عكس التفكير فقط في مصلحته الخاصة اليوسفية اعطت الكثير بفضل خيراتها الباطنية الذهب الأبيض ولم تستفيد من شيء مشاريعها المدشنة من طرف ملك المغرب لم تنجز منذ سنة 2008 مازال الوضع على ما هو عليه منذ سنين .هل في نظركم صباغة جدران المنازل المتواجدة باحياء المدينة بالألوان الأساسية لإثارة انتباه و فضول العابرين ،وسمعنا اخيرا في اجتماع ترأسه عامل إقليم اليوسفية محمد سالم الصبتي، ضم رئيس المجلس الجهوي للسياحة، ومدير المركز الجهوي للإستثمار، والسلطات المحلية، ورؤساء الجماعات الترابية، وممثلي المصالح الوزارية المعنية، وبعض فعاليات المجتمع المدني، وكذا بعض المهتمين بالقطاع السياحي.قصد
إحداث لجنة تقنية من أجل النهوض بالقطاع السياحي
تطرق من خلالها عامل الإقليم إلى المؤهلات الطبيعية والتاريخية والسياحية التي تزخر بها منطقة أحمر، وكذا الموقع الاستراتيجي الذي من شأنه أن يعود بالنفع على ساكنة الإقليم ، ويشكل حافزا تنمويا يتمم من خلاله التركيز على المعطى السياحي.لهذا اطرح سؤال مهم الى سيادة العامل وجميع المسؤولين كيف يعقل لمدينة فوسفاطية غنية بثرواتها الباطنية وسائل النقل بين الاحياء مازالت تعتمد على وسيلة عربات (الكارو) تجرها بهيمة حصان .بغل واغلب الاحياء تعاني من شرب الماء الغير الصالح وتهميش في جل الميادين ،اية تنمية الاقتصادية والاجتماعية تتكلم ن عليها ،فالاقليم يتوفر على اغلى معدن في العالم وهو الفوسفاط كان من اللازم ان نشاهد مدينة كما سميت من قبل باريس الصغيرة لأنها اعطت الكثير في ميدان الرياضي خاصة رياضة الجمباز مدينة انجبت مفكرين وادباء ومهندسين وعلماء افتخر بها العالم خير دليل تعيين المغربية ابنة اليوسفية اسمهان الوافي في منصب كبير العلماء في «الفاو» فخر المدينة والمغرب وللعرب .ارحموا اليوسفية يا مسؤولي يرحمكم الله
