وأظهرت نتائج البحث، وفق مذكرة إخبارية لمندوبية التخطيط حول الوضعية الاقتصادية خلال الفصل الأول من سنة 2023، تسجيل ارتفاع في القيمة المضافة للقطاع الأول بالحجم، مصححة من التغيرات الموسمية، بنسبة 6,6 في المائة في الفصل الأول من سنة 2023 وذلك بعد انخفاض قدره 11,3 في المائة خلال الفترة نفسها من سنة 2022.
ويعزى ذلك إلى ارتفاع أنشطة القطاع الفلاحي بنسبة 6,9 في المائة عوض انخفاض بنسبة 12,2 في المائة وتباطؤ في نمو أنشطة الصيد البحري بنسبة 0,3 في المائة عوض 3,3 في المائة.
كما شهدت القيمة المضافة للقطاع الثالثي ارتفاعا بنسبة 5,4 في المائة عوض 4,6 في المائة خلال الفصل نفسه من سنة 2022، وذلك نتيجة تحسن القيم المضافة للفنادق والمطاعم بنسبة 53,9 في المائة عوض 31,6 في المائة، والنقل والتخزين بنسبة 7٫1 في المائة عوض 2٫3 في المائة، فضلا عن تحسن القيم المضافة للخدمات المالية والتأمينية بنسبة 5٫4 في المائة عوض 4٫5 في المائة، والخدمات المقدمة من طرف الإدارات العمومية والضمان الاجتماعي بنسبة 4٫6 في المائة عوض 4٫5 في المائة.
في المقابل، سجلت القيمة المضافة للقطاع الثانوي انخفاضا بنسبة 1,3 في المائة عوض انخفاض نسبته 2,1 في المائة خلال الفصل الأول من السنة الماضية، وذلك نتيجة انخفاض القيم المضافة للصناعات الاستخراجية بنسبة 11,8 في المائة عوض انخفاض بنسبة 4,4 في المائة والبناء والأشغال العمومية بنسبة 3,4 في المائة عوض انخفاض بنسبة 0,9 في المائة.
كما يعزى ذلك لانخفاض القيم المضافة للكهرباء والغاز والماء، وشبكات التطهير ومعالجة النفايات بنسبة 2,4 في المائة عوض ارتفاع بنسبة 0,1 في المائة، وإلى ارتفاع أنشطة الصناعات التحويلية بنسبة 1,8 في المائة عوض انخفاض نسبته 2,7 في المائة.
ونتيجة لذلك، عرفت القيمة المضافة للأنشطة غير الفلاحية ارتفاعا بنسبة 3,2 في المائة خلال الفصل الأول من سنة 2023 عوض 2,4 في المائة سنة من قبل.
واعتبارا لارتفاع الضريبة على المنتوجات صافية من الإعانات بنسبة 2,7 في المائة عوض 0,7 في المائة، تضيف المندوبية، سجل الناتج الداخلي الإجمالي بالحجم ارتفاعا نسبته 3,5 في المائة عوض 0,5 في المائة خلال الفصل الأول من السنة الماضية.
كما تم تسجيل ارتفاع في المستوى العام للأسعار، بحيث عرف الناتج الداخلي الإجمالي ارتفاعا بلغ 8,9 في المائة خلال الفصل الأول من سنة 2023، مما نتج عنه زيادة في المستوى العام للأسعار بنسبة 5٫4 في المائة.
ارتفاع نفقات استهلاك الأسر
وعلى مستوى الطلب الداخلي، فقد سجل، وفق معطيات المندوبية السامية للتخطيط، شبه استقرار خلال الفصل الأول من سنة 2023 عوض انخفاض بنسبة 1,7 في المائة خلال نفس الفترة من سنة 2022.
وسجلت نفقات الاستهلاك النهائي للأسر ارتفاعا في معدل نموها بنسبة 0,1 في المائة عوض انخفاض بنسبة 1,3 في المائة مساهمة في النمو بـ0,1 نقطة مقابل مساهمة سلبية بـ0,8 نقطة.
كما سجلت نفقات الاستهلاك النهائي للإدارات العمومية ارتفاعا بنسبة 2,7 في المائة عوض 3,5 في المائة حيث ساهمت بـ0,5 نقطة في النمو مقابل مساهمة بـ0,7 نقطة.
من جهة أخرى، يواصل إجمالي تكوين الاستثمار (إجمالي تكوين الرأسمال الثابت، التغير في المخزون وصافي اقتناء النفائس) تسجيل انخفاضات في معدل نموه مسجلا انخفاضا بلغ 2٫6 في المائة خلال الفصل الأول من السنة 2023 عوض انخفاض بنسبة 6٫9 في المائة خلال نفس الفصل من السنة الماضية بمساهمة سلبية في النمو بلغت 0٫6 نقطة بدل مساهمة سلبية بـ1٫8 نقطة.
ارتفاع الصادرات والواردات
على مستوى المبادلات الخارجية من السلع والخدمات بالحجم، سجلت كل من الصادرات والواردات ارتفاعا قويا خلال الفصل الأول من سنة 2023. وسجلت الصادرات من السلع والخدمات ارتفاعا بنسبة 19٫8 في المائة بدل 9٫8 في المائة بمساهمة في النمو بلغت 7٫8 نقطة عوض 3٫1 نقطة خلال الفترة نفسها من السنة الماضية.
كما ارتفعت الواردات بدورها بنسبة 8٫8 في المائة بدل 2 في المائة مع مساهمة سلبية في النمو بلغت 4,2 نقطة عوض مساهمة سلبية قدرها 0٫8 نقطة خلال نفس الفصل من السنة الماضية.
وفي هذا الإطار، سجلت المبادلات الخارجية للسلع والخدمات مساهمة إيجابية في النمو بلغت 3٫6 نقطة خلال الفصل الأول من سنة 2023 عوض مساهمة قدرها 2٫3 نقطة خلال السنة الماضية.
تطور إجمالي الدخل الوطني
من جهة أخرى، سجل إجمالي الدخل الوطني المتاح تطورا بنسبة 9,9 في المائة خلال الفصل الأول من سنة 2023 عوض 2,6 في المائة خلال نفس الفصل من السنة الماضية، وذلك مع ارتفاع الناتج الداخلي الإجمالي بالقيمة بنسبة 8,9 في المائة وارتفاع صافي الدخول المتأتية من بقية العالم بنسبة 23,3 في المائة.
وأخذا بالاعتبار ارتفاع الاستهلاك النهائي الوطني بالأسعار الجارية بنسبة 7,5 في المائة مقابل 6 في المائة المسجل سنة من قبل، فقد استقر الادخار الوطني في 24,9 في المائة من الناتج الداخلي الإجمالي عوض 22,9 في المائة.
ومثل إجمالي الاستثمار (إجمالي تكوين الرأسمال الثابت، التغير في المخزون وصافي إقتناء النفائس) 24 في المائة من الناتج الداخلي الإجمالي عوض 27,9 في المائة خلال نفس الفصل من السنة الماضية، وفق معطيات المندوبية، مشيرة إلى أن القدرة لتمويل الاقتصاد الوطني بلغت 0,9 في المائة خلال الفصل الأول من سنة 2023 عوض الحاجة الى تمويل الاقتصاد بنسبة 5 في المائة من الناتج الداخلي الإجمالي خلال الفترة نفسها من السنة الماضية.
