تم، اليوم السبت بمركز محمد السادس لكرة القدم بسلا، التوقيع على خطاب النوايا، الذي يندرج في إطار الترشيح الثلاثي المغرب-إسبانيا-البرتغال لتنظيم نهائيات كأس العالم 2030 لكرة القدم.
ويشكل خطاب النوايا هذا ،الذي وقعه السادة فوزي لقجع، رئيس الجامعة الملكية المغربية لكرة القدم، وفيرناندو غوميز، رئيس الاتحاد البرتغالي لكرة القدم، وبيدرو روتشا، رئيس الاتحاد الإسباني لكرة القدم، إحدى المراحل الأساسية في مسار الترشح لاحتضان نهائيات مونديال 2030.
وفي كلمة بالمناسبة، جدد السيد لقجع، باسم أسرة كرة القدم الوطنية والدولية، خالص شكره لصاحب الجلالة الملك محمد السادس، الذي ما فتىء يحيط الرياضة عموما، وكرة القدم خصوصا، بعنايته السامية.
وأضاف أن “الأمر يتعلق بترشيح وحيد يجمع ثلاثة بلدان وقارتين. كأس العالم هذه ستكون بلا أدنى شك استثناء في تاريخ كرة القدم، لأنها ستمكن من تجديد العهد مع التراث الحضاري الذي يجمع البلدان الثلاثة”.
وأبرز أن بلدان المغرب وإسبانيا والبرتغال ستتاح لها أيضا الفرصة لتسليط الضوء على ماض ومستقبل مشترك، مشيرا إلى أن مختلف مكونات الشعب المغربي معبأة وراء جلالة الملك، الذي كان أول من أعلن في شهر مارس الماضي من كيغالي، عن طموح المغرب لاستضافة نهائيات كأس العالم 2030، ضمن ملف مشترك مع إسبانيا والبرتغال.
وفي هذا الصدد، أعرب رئيس الجامعة الملكية المغربية لكرة القدم عن طموح البلدان الثلاثة في جعل الدورة الـ 24 من المونديال “الأفضل في التاريخ”، خاصة وأنها ستصادف الذكرى المئوية لكأس العالم “فيفا”.
وبحسب السيد لقجع، فإن خطاب النوايا هذا سيكتب بأحرف من ذهب في تاريخ كرة القدم العالمية، لافتا إلى أن كأس العالم 2030 ستكون فرصة لإثبات، للعالم أجمع، أن كرة القدم هي رافعة للتنمية ووسيلة لنشر القيم الحضارية.
وفي معرض حديثه عن توزيع مباريات هذا المونديال، أشار السيد لقجع إلى أن الصيغة النهائية ستتحدد لاحقا باتفاق مشترك بين البلدان الثلاثة، مسجلا أن “الأهم بالنسبة لهذا الملف المشترك هو كونه يتعلق بفضاء وحيد يتوفر على الملاعب اللازمة لاستضافة مباريات كأس العالم”.
من جهته، أكد رئيس الاتحاد البرتغالي لكرة القدم، فيرناندو غوميز، أن البلدان الثلاثة سيكون لديها، من الآن وحتى يونيو المقبل، الوقت اللازم لإعداد ملف الترشيح الرسمي.
وأشار إلى أن بلاده اقترحت ثلاثة ملاعب لهذا الترشيح المشترك، معربا عن قناعته بأن مونديال 2030 سيكون “مرجعا في هذا المجال”.
وشدد على أن “2030 لن تكون سنة تاريخية فحسب، بل طموحا ثلاثيا سيحدد مستقبل كرة القدم العالمية”، مضيفا “نحن نصبو إلى تنظيم كأس عالم استثنائية، سيكون تأثيرها ملموسا على مستوى البنيات التحتية لكل بلد”.
وبحسب السيد غوميز، فإن قرار الاتحاد الدولي لكرة القدم “يشرف تاريخ كرة القدم”، معترفا، في الوقت ذاته، بأن المهمة لن تكون سهلة، لكن البلدان الثلاثة لديها الإمكانات اللازمة لرفع هذا التحدي.
من جانبه، اعتبر رئيس الاتحاد الإسباني لكرة القدم، بيدرو روتشا، أن ملف الترشح هذا يجسد “الوحدة والتضامن” بين الأمم الثلاث، لافتا إلى أن الأمر يتعلق بـ “فرصة فريدة للتعاون بين ثلاثة بلدان وقارتين. كأس العالم ستخلق إرثا للعالم برمته”.
وأضاف “نحن ملتزمون بإطلاع جميع محبي كرة القدم على آخر التطورات في هذا الملف”، معربا عن امتنانه العميق لصاحب الجلالة الملك محمد السادس على الجهود المتواصلة التي ما فتئ يبذلها جلالته من أجل تطوير كرة القدم.
وستتمثل المرحلة المقبلة في مسار ملف الترشيح لتنظيم كأس العالم 2030 في إيداع الاتحادات الثلاثة لاتفاقات الترشيح لدى الإتحاد الدولي لكرة القدم متم شهر نونبر المقبل.
وكان مجلس الاتحاد الدولي لكرة القدم قد قرر في، 4 أكتوبر الماضي، اعتماد ملف المغرب وإسبانيا والبرتغال بالاجماع كترشيح وحيد لتنظيم كأس العالم 2030.
