احتضنت إحدى القاعات الفسيحة بفندق كرون بلازا بمدينة أنفرس، يوم السبت 28 أكتوبر 2023، لقاء تواصلي ناجح نظمته سفارة المملكة المغربية ببلجيكا والذوقية الكبرى للوكسمبورغ، بتنسيق مع القنصلية العامة للمملكة المغربية بمدينة أنفرس.
اللقاء التواصلي عرف حضور السيد محمد عامر سفير المملكة المغربية ببلجيكا والذوقية الكبرى للوكسمبورغ، السيد منير اقطيطو القنصل العام للمملكة المغربية بأنفرس، السيد حسن توري القنصل العام للمملكة المغربية ببروكسل، السيد عبد القادر عبدين القنصل العام للمملكة المغربية لييح، وشخصيات أخرى تنتمي لميادين متعددة.
اللقاء تم إفتتاحه بتلاوة آيات بينات من الذكر الحكيم، ثم تلته كلمة السيد محمد عامر سفير المملكة المغربية ببلجيكا والذوقية الكبرى للوكسمبورغ، الذي استهل كلمته بالترحيب بالحاضرين، منوها بالمجهودات الجبارة التي بذلتها كل مكونات الجالية المغربية خلال الزلزال الذي ضرب منطقة الحوز، مشيدا بتدخل مختلف السلطات العسكرية والمدنية والتضامن والتعاطف الوطني النبيل الذي عبر عنه مختلف رجال ونساء المغرب بمختلف فئاتهم وأعمارهم، حيث برزت قيم التضامن والتلاحم والكرم بين المغاربة، وكشفت محنة الكارثة عن وحدة المغاربة وجمال معدنهم، وقدرتهم على الصبر في أوقات الشدة والمحن، والتعامل معها بكبرياء وطيبة قلب، ومسارعتهم إلى التضامن والتآزر ومد يد المساعدة إلى بعضهم البعض.
السيد السفير ذكر الحاضرين بحكمة صاحب الجلالة الملك محمد السادس نصره الله، الذي أعطى تعليماته السامية لتعبئة كل أجهزة الدولة، من قوات مسلحة ملكية، وقطاعات حكومية وسلطات محلية، وقوات عمومية وفرق الوقاية المدنية، لاتخاذ جميع الإجراءات الاستعجالية اللازمة لتسريع عمليات الإنقاذ وإجلاء الجرحى وتقديم المساعدة للأسر المتضررة والإحداث الفوري للجنة بين-وزارية مكلفة بوضع برنامج استعجالي لإعادة تأهيل وبناء المناطق المتضررة.
السيد السفير دعا أفراد الجالية المغربية لتوحيد كلمتهم والتشبث ببلدهم الأم المغرب والمساهمة في مسيرة الإصلاحات الكبيرة التي تشهدها المملكة المغربية في الحقبة الأخيرة في مجموعة من المجالات، في مناطق متعددة من المملكة المغربية خصوصًا منطقة الشمال من طنجة إلى السعيدية والناظور ومدن أخرى مثل أقاليمنا الصحراوية العزيزة، منوها بحس المواطنة وحب الوطن والدفاع عن الثوابت والمقدسات الوطنية التي دائما يعبر عنها في مجموعة من المحافل أفراد جاليتنا المغربية المقيمة ببلجيكا.
السيد منير اقطيطو القنصل العام للمملكة المغربية بأنفرس، عبر عن غبطته بتواجده وسط الجالية المغربية المقيمة بالدائرة القنصلية أنفرس، التي لمس فيها منذ الوهلة الأولى لوصوله حبها وتشبثها بالثوابت والمقدسات الوطنية، خصوصًا تزامن تقلده لمهامه مع الزلزال الذي ضرب منطقة الحوز، التي لعب فيها دورا كبيرا برفقة مجموعة من الشباب المتحمس الذي قام بمبادرات محمودة دعمًا لضحايا الزلزال.
السيد منير اقطيطو القنصل العام أعرب عن استعداده للعمل على خدمة مصالح المواطنين المقيمين بالدائرة القنصلية لأنفرس، مستعينا في ذلك بالرسائل الواضحة التي جاء بها الخطاب الملكي يوم الخميس 30 يوليوز 2015 بمناسبة الذكرى 16 لعيد العرش، الذي دعا فيه الملك لتحسين جودة الخدمات القنصلية وتبسيط المساطر الإدارية وإعداد البنيات التحتية المناسبة للفضاءات القنصلية.
الأصداء التي تصلنا دائمًا من طرف العديد من أفراد جاليتنا المقيمة بالمنطقة الفلمنكية، تؤكد أن القنصل العام السيد منير اقطيطو لا يدخر جهدا من أجل تحسين الخدمات القانونية والإدارية الموجهة لمغاربة العالم، وكذا للاستماع إلى ملاحظاتهم وشكاياتهم مع القيام بتوجيههم وإرشادهم وتحسيسهم وتوعيتهم بالمساطر القانونية والإجراءات الإدارية الجاري بها العمل، والعمل دوما على تطوير طرق اشتغالها وتحسين ظروف الاستقبال بها حتى تكون في مستوى انتظارات مغاربة العالم، وفي مستوى تفعيل وتنزيل التعليمات الملكية السامية والهادفة إلى تجويد الخدمات المقدمة للمغاربة داخل أو خارج أرض الوطن، ونهج سياسة التواصل والإصغاء والاستماع لمشاكل المواطنين والعمل على إيجاد حلول لمشاكلهم.
