    المغرب يمنع استيراد الأبقار من الدول الأوروبية

    قررت السلطات المغربية منع استيراد الأبقار الموجهة للذبح من الدول الأوروبية، ابتداء من يوم غد الخميس، وذلك تفاديا لدخول أمراض يمكن أن تؤثر على صحة وسلامة القطيع على الصعيد الوطني.

    وأصدر المكتب الوطني للسلامة الصحية للمنتجات الغذائية، التابع لوزارة الفلاحة والصيد البحري، هذا القرار وأشعر به المهنيين منذ أيام من أجل الاستعداد للمرحلة.

    وفي هذا الإطار، قال محمد جبلي، رئيس الفيدرالية المغربية للفاعلين في قطاع المواشي، في تصريح لجريدة هسبريس المغربية ، إن “الأبقار الموجهة للذبح سيتم منع استيرادها، واليوم الأربعاء هو الأخير في الاستيراد وفق الشروط التي حددتها الحكومة سابقا”.

    وأضاف جبلي أن المكتب الوطني للسلامة الصحية للمنتجات الغذائية ارتأى أن “الأمراض تدخل للمغرب عبر هذه العملية، ويمكن أن تؤثر على سلامة القطيع الوطني”، مؤكدا أنه جرى الوقوف على بعض الأمراض في رؤوس الأبقار الموجهة للذبح القادمة من الدول الأوروبية.

    وأشار المتحدث إلى أن المنع طال الأبقار المستوردة من فرنسا منذ أسبوعين، فيما سيشمل القرار الجديد منع الأبقار الموجة للذبح المستوردة من إسبانيا، مشددا على أن السبب الذي دفع إلى اتخاذ هذا القرار هو ضبط بعض الرؤوس المستوردة مصابة بمرض اللسان الأزرق المعدي بين المواشي، معتبرا أن هذا الإجراء من شأنه أن يحفظ القطيع الوطني ويمنع انتشار هذا المرض في صفوفه.

    واعتبر جبلي أن الفيدرالية التي يترأسها تدعم القرار، موضحا أن الأبقار الموجه للذبح “لا تخضع للتحليلات السابقة والضرورية لكشف خلوها من الأمراض”، مبرزا أنه ستتم العودة إلى الاشتغال وفق دفتر التحملات السابق بخصوص استيراد الأبقار الموجهة للتسمين التي تخضع لنظام صارم يفرض تحليلات تثبت خلوها من الأمراض.

    وأفاد جبلي بأن مخاوف المغرب من دخول مرض اللسان الأزرق وانتشاره في صفوف القطيع، هي التي تقف وراء هذا القرار الاحترازي، معتبرا أن هذا المرض يمكن أن يشكل خطرا حقيقيا على القطيع الوطني في حال تسربه عبر هذه العمليات، خصوصا وأن الدول الأوروبية “مثل فرنسا وإسبانيا منتشر فيها هذا المرض”.
