    الفقر و الهشاشة يلاحقون ملايين المغاربة

    فجر التقرير السنوي الصادر عن المجلس الاقتصادي والاجتماعي والبيئي المغربي أن 1.5 مليون شخص إضافي انتقلوا إلى وضعية الفقر.

    كمل سجل التقرير أن حوالي 2.05 مليون شخص إضافي انتقل إلى وضعية الهشاشة، بسبب موجة التضخم وتدهور القدرة الشرائية، وتداعيات “كورونا” التي ماتزال قائمة.

    وكشف المجلس الاقتصادي والاجتماعي والبيئي أن ارتفاع الأسعار يعود إلى عوامل مرتبطة بالعرض وكلفة الإنتاج بالنسبة لبعض القطاعات، مؤكدا أن ارتفاع الأسعار يتأثر أيضا بالممارسات المنافية لقواعد المنافسة، والاختلالات الناجمة عن ضعف فعالية وتنظيم مسارات التوزيع، إضافة إلى احتمال وجود ممارسات لبعض المنتجين تتعلق بهامش الربح، فيما يعرف بظاهرة الجشع التضخمي.

    ودعا المجلس إلى النظر في إمكانية اتخاذ تدابير مؤقتة لتقنين أسعار بعض المنتجات الأساسية التي شهدت ارتفاعا مهما، سيما وأن القانون يتيح هذه الإمكانية، مع ضرورة النهوض بجودة ونجاعة الاستثمار من أجل الارتقاء بالاقتصاد الوطني نحو عتبة نمو أعلى، والعمل على إرساء تتبع صارم للإجراءات المنصوص عليها.

    كما دعا المجلس إلى تزويد المراكز الجهوية للاستثمار بالموارد البشرية واللوجيستيكية والمالية الكافية من أجل تمكينها من الاضطلاع بدورها بشكل فعال.
