أكد وزيران مغربيان أن الشراكة المتميزة بين المغرب والإمارت العربية المتحدة، التي تعززت بمناسبة زيارة العمل والأخوة لصاحب الجلالة الملك محمد السادس إلى هذا البلد الشقيق، تكرس نموذجا جديدا لتعاون مشترك مبتكر ومتعدد الأبعاد.
وفي هذا الصدد، قال محسن جازولي، الوزير المنتدب لدى رئيس الحكومة المكلف بالاستثمار و الالتقائية وتقييم السياسات العمومية، في تصريح للصحافة، إن إعلان “نحو شراكة مبتكرة ومتجددة وراسخة” الموقع بمناسبة الزيارة الملكية، يضع أسس نموذج جديد للعلاقات الثنائية يطبعه التعاون والرفاه والبناء المشترك.
وأبرز أن هذه الدينامية الجديدة للتعاون الشامل تتجاوز الإطار الثنائي لتنفتح على إفريقيا والفضاء الأطلسي، طبقا لرؤية صاحب الجلالة الملك محمد السادس.
وشدد الوزير على أن هذه الشراكة المتجددة “تجني ثمار تكامل مؤهلات البلدين، وكذا مجالات القوة الناعمة لكل منهما”.
وأضاف أن هذه الدينامية “من شأنها خدمة المصالح العليا للبلدين، وأيضا تحقيق التنمية لصالح الشعبين الشقيقين، وخاصة من خلال خلق الثروة والقيمة المضافة”.
وسجل السيد جازولي أن مذكرات التفاهم الـ 12 الموقعة تحت رئاسة قائدي البلدين، تتجسد في برامج تنموية اجتماعية واقتصادية ملموسة في مختلف القطاعات، مشيرا إلى أن هذه البرامج تعزز انفتاح المملكة على البلدان الشقيقة، لكي تشارك في المرحلة الجديدة من تطورها وتستفيد من الفرص المتعددة، بما في ذلك تلك المرتبطة بتنظيم كأس العالم لكرة القدم 2030.
وأوضح أن هذه المرحلة الجديدة من التنمية ترتكز على الرؤية المتبصرة لجلالة الملك القائمة على أسس الدولة الاجتماعية والنمو الاقتصادي لتمويل الدولة الاجتماعية ذاتها، لافتا إلى أنه سيتم قريبا إطلاق العديد من المشاريع المهيكلة مع فتح هذه الفرص الاستثمارية في وجه البلدان الشقيقة، بهدف تسريع كافة الأوراش التنموية.
من جانبه، اعتبر وزير الفلاحة والصيد البحري والتنمية القروية والمياه والغابات، محمد صديقي، أن الزيارة الملكية لدولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة أعطت دفعة قوية للشراكة بين البلدين في مختلف المجالات.
وأوضح أنه “في القطاع الفلاحي، البلدان عازمان على إعطاء دينامية جديدة للاستثمار والتعاون الثنائي، لا سيما في المغرب، من خلال مشاريع وبرامج مندمجة تغطي مختلف سلاسل القيمة”.
وتابع الوزير أن القطاعات التي تستهدفها المذكرة الموقعة في المجال الفلاحي تهم، على الخصوص، الصناعة الغذائية والصيد البحري وتثمين المنتجات البحرية، مبرزا أن هذه الرؤية سيتم تنزيلها وفق خارطة طريق من شأنها إعطاء زخم جديد على مستوى تموين الأسواق، بما يتجاوز الإطار الثنائي ليشمل البعدين الإفريقي والأطلسي، انسجاما مع الرؤية المستنيرة لجلالة الملك.
