وأبرز الريسي، في تصريح صحافي على هامش افتتاح أشغال المؤتمر السابع والأربعين لقادة الشرطة والأمن العربي، الذي تنظمه المملكة المغربية، ممثلة في المديرية العامة للأمن الوطني، بشراكة مع الأمانة العامة لمجلس وزراء الداخلية العرب، أن احتضان المغرب للدورة الـ93 للجمعية العامة للمنظمة الدولية للشرطة الجنائية سنة 2025، واليوم للمؤتمر الـ47 لقادة الشرطة والأمن العربي، دليل واضح على أن الدعم الذي يقدمه المغرب لمحاربة الجريمة العابرة للقارات مفيد ومهم تجني ثماره كل الدول، كما يعكس اهتمام المغرب بوضع الأمن العربي والدولي كأولوية قصوى لمواجهة التحديات الراهنة، خاصة ما يتعلق بالجريمة العابرة للقارات.
وفي هذا السياق، أكد الريسي أن التطورات والتحديات الأمنية التي يشهدها العالم، لاسيما على مستوى مواجهة كل أشكال الجريمة، يستلزم وضع استراتيجية أمنية مشتركة واضحة المعالم تساهم فيها كل دول العالم، وتضع الجريمة العابرة للحدود ضمن أولى الأولويات.
كما شدد على ضرورة الاستعمال الأمثل للتكنولوجيات الحديثة وتسخيرها في مكافحة الجريمة العابرة للحدود، خاصة وأن الكثير من العصابات الإجرامية تعتمد على هذه التقنيات، مشيرا الى أن التكوين والاستعمال المضبوط لهذه التكنولوجيا يعد المدخل الرئيسي للحد من الأنشطة الإجرامية.
وكان المدير العام للأمن الوطني ولمراقبة التراب الوطني، عبد اللطيف حموشي، قد افتتح أشغال المؤتمر الـ 47 لقادة الشرطة والأمن العرب، اليوم الأربعاء، بحضور الأمين العام لمجلس وزراء الداخلية العرب، ورئيس جامعة نايف العربية للعلوم الأمنية، إضافة إلى رؤساء أجهزة الشرطة والأمن في عشرين دولة عربية، وست منظمات دولية وإقليمية.
ويشارك في هذا الحدث البارز ، الذي ينظم على مدى يومين، كبار المسؤولين الأمنيين من مختلف الدول العربية، فضلا عن ممثلين عن مجلس التعاون لدول الخليج العربية والمنظمة الدولية للشرطة الجنائية (أنتربول)، ومكتب الأمم المتحدة لمكافحة الإرهاب، ومكتب الأمم المتحدة المعني بالمخدرات والجريمة، والوكالة الأوروبية لحرس الحدود والسواحل، ومشروع مكافحة الإرهاب والعدالة الجنائية، ووكالة الاتحاد الأوروبي للتدريب على إنفاذ القانون، وجهاز الشرطة الأوروبية والاتحاد الافريقي للتعاون الشرطي، وجامعة نايف العربية للعلوم الأمنية والاتحاد الرياضي العربي للشرطة.
